Salon Policies To ensure promt service appointments are always desirable but walk-ins are gladly accepted. Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation requirement for all services or you may be subject to a charge at your next appointment. Our time is valuable as is yours. Gift Certificates will be remdeemed for a no show appointment or an appointment cancelled less then 24 hours in advance. Series packages - if you also no show or cancel under 24 hours you will redeem 1 of the remaining series packages. ie facial series of 6, brow waxing series of 6, ect. Appointments subject to availability. Prices listed are starting prices. Please consult with each member of The Studio on pricing for your service. Prices are not exact price when given over the phone. Children are welcome as clients only. Please make proper childcare arrangments prior to making appointment. We will exchange procucts with receipt if product is damaged only. No cash refunds on styling products. Please treat gift certificates as if they are cash. We do not replace if lost. Flat Irons have a 1 year in house warranty. No box needed. We have the right to refuse services.
