Being the mother of two wild and energetic sons combined with running my own business, I have first-hand experience of the stresses our daily routines pound upon us. As a society, we are in a constant state of tension from the moment our alarm clock goes off until the time we lay down for a minimum amount of sleep….then it starts all over again. Do you believe that our bodies and minds were designed to handle this lifestyle? Based on the current illnesses and emotional well-being of people today, I certainly don’t…which is why I chose to do something not just for me, but also for other people like me.

As a graduate at the top of my class from Healing Arts Institute, I have discovered an amazing way to share my natural instinct for nurturing. The opportunity to offer relief from pain and tension through healthy touch is very rewarding. Through massage training, I have developed an intrinsic love for the structural design of our bodies. I have found joy in learning and am excited to continue my education to benefit my clients with a diverse offering of massage modalities. Being a massage therapist, I have committed to treating each and every client as unique individuals by the simple task of listening to you and what your specific, personal needs are. My hands and ability are simply tools to assist your body in its’ innate ability to heal itself.
